METABHF data in GTFS

The GTFS transfers.txt only contains the most basic transfers within single train station or train stations and connected bus terminals. In contrast, the METABHF table of the HRDF data contains a much more complete set of exchange options between stops.
For example, the transfer “Turtmann” <-> “Turtmann (Talstation)” (stop ids 8501602, 8530180) is a long 18 minute transfer (walk). It is part of connections found by sbb.ch. However, this transfer is not included in the GTFS data, only in HRDF.

Is there a reason for this or is this a mistake?

@martinccc: We found a mistake, however, differences between HRDF and GTFS can not be avoided completely as HRDF works based on specific journeys (“zugscharf”).

The bug should be corrected by the end of next week.

@martinccc: It lasted longer than expected, but in the meantime the data contains transfer times for your Turtmann example above.
